August 11, 2022 at approximately 0647 hours, in front of 880 Morris Avenue, the suspect approached a male seated at a bus stop, displayed a firearm and demanded his property. The suspect fired three shots, striking a 39-year-old male bystander in the ankle before fleeing in a dark colored SUV. The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
